Manager - Corporate Tax Compliance

About the role

KPMG’s Corporate Tax division is seeking a Manager to join its Corporate Tax Advisory team. You will work with multinational clients, helping them navigate complex tax obligations across jurisdictions and delivering high‑quality, client‑ready tax advice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and target organisations to understand their business and uncover tax opportunities.
• Lead multiple tax engagements of varying size and complexity, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
• Advise clients on complex corporate tax matters and produce well‑researched tax opinions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior tax consultants.

Required profile

• Previous corporate tax experience in a professional services or legal firm (in‑house experience considered).
• Australian and/or other Commonwealth country tax experience.
• Ability to produce clear, well‑researched tax opinions.
• Legal or commerce degree (desirable) and successful completion of a Masters of Tax or CA qualification.
