Junior Project Planner – Consulting

About the role

TBH is seeking a Junior Project Planner to join its Sydney consulting team. This entry‑level position offers exposure to complex engineering and construction projects across sectors such as energy, water, and infrastructure. You will work alongside senior consultants and project managers, developing core planning and scheduling capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction schedules based on drawings and project documentation.
• Assist with progress updates, resequencing activities and mitigation of schedule slippage.
• Validate and review third‑party schedules, checking critical path, logic and scope.
• Support integrated master schedule development across inter‑dependent programmes.
• Assist in creating cost‑loaded and resource‑loaded schedules and prepare schedule management reports.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in planning, scheduling, risk management, claims or cost management services.
• Enthusiasm for problem‑solving, collaboration and continuous learning.
• Desire to build a long‑term career in project planning, project controls and consultancy.
• Junior‑level experience or relevant academic background.
