About the role
The Junior Architect will join DCN Group’s on‑site team in the Greater Sydney Area, supporting the design and documentation of construction projects. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior architects and project teams while developing practical architectural skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing architectural plans and preparing construction drawings.
- Create innovative design concepts and 3D models.
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients and stakeholders.
- Support project documentation and coordination tasks.
Required profile
- Relevant degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
- Attention to detail, creativity and commitment to high‑quality work.
- Willingness to work on‑site in the Greater Sydney Area.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with SketchUp.
- Proficiency with Revit.
