IT Support Intern – Sydney

About the role

We are looking for a motivated university student to join our Trust Team as an IT Support Intern in our Sydney office. You will help maintain a smooth technology environment for employees, handling hardware, software and access requests while gaining experience in a fast‑growing health‑tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to IT support tickets covering hardware, software and access management.
• Run employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure proper technology provisioning.
• Provide audio‑visual and video‑conferencing support for meeting rooms and internal events.
• Conduct regular stock‑takes of IT assets and keep inventory records up to date.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve IT process efficiency.
• Collaborate with global team members in Sydney, Manila and London.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a degree related to Information Technology.
• Previous experience in an IT support role or demonstrated technical initiative through projects or societies.
• Comfortable working with macOS and cloud‑based collaboration tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Well‑organized with high attention to detail.
