IT Support / End User Computing (EUC) Contractor

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support / End User Computing (EUC) professional to join our team on a contract basis in Brisbane, Queensland. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality desktop and end‑user support to ensure smooth operations and strong user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive desktop and end‑user computing support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage break‑fix tasks for PCs, peripherals, Macs, tablets and other IT equipment.
• Perform IMAC (Installation, Moves, Additions, Changes) and desk‑side support.
• Log incidents and service requests using ServiceNow and other ITSM tools.
• Handle user account provisioning and de‑provisioning via Active Directory.
• Support remote users with VPN, connectivity and mobile device management.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of desktop support principles with hands‑on experience in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, including break‑fix capabilities.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and smart‑hands/feet assistance.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience with ticketing systems.
• Ability to support a variety of devices such as Macs and tablets.
