About the role
The Inventory Management Specialist will manage inventory, accountable property and asset data within the SAP system, supporting multiple OASIS business areas. The role involves monitoring material masters, warehouse levels and providing logistics data to staff.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the annual Accountable Property Audit and perform inventory transactions in SAP.
- Prepare documentation for stock‑taking, conduct physical warehouse counts and reconcile results.
- Investigate discrepancies in stock levels, transactions and serial numbers.
- Assist personnel with logistics data inquiry and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
Required profile
- US citizen with TS/SCI clearance or Australian citizen able to obtain required security clearance.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar logistics role.
- Ability to lift items up to 10 kg and perform duties on feet, including kneeling.
Required skills
- SAP MM and MRP experience.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma / process development.
- Data analytics competency.
