About the role

Amentum is seeking experienced professionals to support the delivery of nationally significant defence, nuclear and major infrastructure programmes across Australia. The role involves working in complex, highly regulated environments to ensure safe, secure and successful delivery of major capital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of large‑scale defence, nuclear and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with senior executives, government agencies, regulators, delivery partners, consultants and contractors.
• Manage risk, drive innovative solutions and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme leadership, project delivery, engineering, design, construction, commercial management, procurement, quality assurance, safety, licensing or nuclear operations.
• Ability to work within highly regulated environments and deliver outcomes for government and industry clients.

Required skills

• Technical expertise relevant to the chosen discipline (e.g., engineering, design, construction, nuclear safety, licensing).
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
