Implementation SME/Coach, Compliance Stream

About the role

The Implementation SME/Coach, Compliance Stream will lead the rollout of PACT compliance initiatives across ANZ’s enterprise. This permanent, onsite role focuses on embedding conduct risk, obligation management, product governance and regulatory management into day‑to‑day business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation of PACT compliance deliverables, moving designs into execution and business‑as‑usual.
• Translate target‑state frameworks, policies and operating models into practical tools, processes and ways of working.
• Partner with business teams to build capability, clarify accountabilities and embed new risk and compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve implementation barriers, risks and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Develop artefacts such as obligation libraries, product governance policies, conduct risk frameworks, complaints management standards and regulatory change controls.
• Coach leaders, product owners and risk champions on applying PACT requirements in decision‑making.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in enterprise‑wide transformation and change delivery.
• Strong knowledge of risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks within the financial services sector.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive practical implementation outcomes.
• Excellent judgment, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
