Home & Investment Lending Executive – Inner Sydney

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Home & Investment Lending Executive to join its Inner Sydney branch network. In this full‑time permanent position you will guide customers through the home‑loan journey, helping them save for, purchase and own their own home or investment property while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and referral partners.
• Coach clients through the entire home‑loan process, from application to settlement.
• Manage loan applications to ensure timely and compliant processing.
• Achieve individual and team lending targets aligned with ANZ’s growth strategy.
• Leverage marketing leads and ANZ’s investment in lending operations to generate new business.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of the Sydney property and lending market.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
