Paspaley, an iconic Australian luxury brand renowned for its rare pearls and fine jewellery, is seeking a Head of Manufacturing to lead its Jewellery Workshop Division. This senior position oversees the complete production lifecycle, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship, precision, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end production for all collections, bespoke pieces, repairs, and special projects.
• Plan and control production schedules to guarantee on‑time delivery without compromising quality.
• Maintain and elevate quality standards throughout every manufacturing stage.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary workshop team of skilled artisans.
• Oversee inventory of precious metals, pearls, and gemstones with strict accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, systems, and overall workshop efficiency.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and professionally run workshop environment.
