Guest Experience Agent

About the role

The Guest Experience Agent is the welcoming face of The Chen Melbourne – Art Series, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out. You will work in a vibrant, art‑filled environment, providing personalised service and promoting the hotel’s unique amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations accurately.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Promote hotel facilities, such as the rooftop pool and entertainment deck, by sharing detailed product knowledge.
• Provide local recommendations on neighbourhood attractions, dining, and cultural spots.

Required profile

• Innovative mindset with a strong focus on exceeding customer service expectations.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven multitasking skills and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Previous experience in hotel front‑desk operations is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
