Graphic Designer – Retail & eCommerce

About the role

BCF is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its Marketing & eCommerce team. The role focuses on creating customer‑centric visual content across digital, social and in‑store channels, supporting the brand’s retail campaigns throughout Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital‑first assets for catalogues, above‑the‑line media, website, eDMs, digital and social platforms.
• Translate campaign briefs into high‑performing, on‑brand creative that meets performance and brand standards.
• Develop responsive and accessible experiences for both mobile and desktop users.
• Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce and Trade teams to deliver best‑in‑class digital assets.
• Ensure all creative is accurate, compliant and delivered on schedule.
• Monitor industry trends to continuously improve design output.

Required profile

• Proven graphic design experience in retail or high‑volume marketing environments.
• Strong digital design sensibility with an understanding of eCommerce ecosystems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for customer‑first design experiences.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience using Figma for UI/UX design.
