Graduate Occupational Therapist 2027

About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national therapy services provider for NDIS participants, children, teens and adults, is recruiting Occupational Therapists through its 2027 Graduate Program. It is aimed at graduates expected to finish in 2026, offering weekly supervision, mentoring and a path from fresh graduate to confident clinician.

The program is open to candidates based in the Pakenham, Cranbourne, Clyde and Frankston area.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants in the community or clinic
• Complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy
• Advocate for and work with participants and carers to help them achieve their goals

Required profile

• Soon-to-be graduated Occupational Therapist
• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
• Licensed driver with your own vehicle
• Curious, compassionate and ready to learn
