About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national therapy services provider for NDIS participants, is recruiting a graduate Occupational Therapist through its 2027 Graduate Program. The role suits someone graduating in 2026 who wants a supportive, mentored workplace that combines structure and flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants in the community or clinic
• Complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy
• Advocate for and work with participants and carers to help them achieve their goals

Required profile

• Graduating in 2026, soon-to-be registered OT
• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
• Licensed driver with your own vehicle
• Curious, compassionate and ready to learn
