About the role

Robert Bird Group (RBG), a member of the SJ Group, is seeking undergraduate civil and structural engineers to join its Sydney team. This graduate program offers exposure to complex Australian projects and a pathway to a professional engineering career.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of major industry and community projects.
• Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Third or penultimate year of a civil, structural or related engineering degree.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and effective time‑management skills.
• Developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools and engineering principles.
