General Practitioner – Snowy Mountains, NSW

About the role

We are looking for a General Practitioner to join our well‑established practice in Berridale, located in the Snowy Mountains region of New South Wales. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9 am‑5 pm, with no after‑hours or weekend duties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary‑care services to the local community and surrounding rural area.
• Manage patient consultations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the local pharmacy and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and billing under the Mixed Billing MMM 5 and DPA system.
• Participate in the practice’s GPA‑accredited programs and support the Cooma Regional Hospital referral network.

Required profile

• Registered medical practitioner with current Australian medical registration.
• Experience in general practice, preferably in a rural setting.
• Commitment to community‑focused care and a warm, welcoming approach.
