About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join the Calvin Klein team at the DFO store in Perth. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and representing the brand in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly service to customers, helping them find products that meet their needs.
• Maintain store presentation and visual standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Support the team by multitasking during busy periods.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
