Full‑time Sales Assistant – New Flagship Store, Westfield Sydney

About the role

We are looking for full‑time Sales Assistants to join our new flagship store at Westfield Sydney. The role is centred around delivering an experiential retail experience, showcasing T2’s premium teas and teaware, and operating the Brew Bar and Blend Bar.

Key responsibilities

• Provide world‑class customer service and guide customers through the sensory tea experience.
• Maintain product knowledge to become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards.
• Operate the Brew Bar and Blend Bar, serving tea on the go.
• Follow health, safety and T2 safety policies.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly attitude.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced retail environment.
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
