French Speaking Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Operations Manager to oversee the reliability and compliance of our international SaaS systems. Based in Runcorn with a hybrid schedule, you will play a key role in maintaining both on‑site equipment and back‑office IT infrastructure while supporting our global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of international systems, ensuring service reliability and contract compliance.
• Oversee emergency fault response and planned maintenance for on‑site equipment and back‑office IT platforms.
• Liaise with vendors, external service providers, and on‑site technical teams to deliver technical support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling commercial and contract‑related enquiries.
• Monitor contractual requirements, performance targets, and KPI reporting.
• Control operational budgets, profit & loss performance, and track spending against forecasts.
• Develop strategic plans for new projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training to teams or individuals as needed.
• Travel internationally as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English to a high business standard (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in an operations management role within the IT or SaaS sector.
• Degree in IT, Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL) and familiarity with ticket‑management tools.
• Experience in budget and P&L management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
