Food & Beverage Team Leader

About the role

Join the Atrium Lounge team as a Food & Beverage Team Leader, reporting to the Atrium Manager. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring guests receive warm, memorable experiences in a vibrant hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Atrium Lounge team in service set‑up, pack‑down, and food & beverage delivery.
• Maintain high service standards and consistently prepare quality beverages.
• Support the Bar Manager with staff training, scheduling and stock control.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with restaurant, kitchen and leadership teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold health, safety and wellbeing initiatives in the workplace.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a bar or hotel setting, with leadership experience preferred.
• Flexible and reliable availability for nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Current South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Food Safety certifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve guest concerns.
• Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg and perform manual handling tasks.
