Finance Director – Group Consolidation & Reporting

About the role

Yokohama TWS is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead group consolidation, financial reporting and strategic financial planning for its international operations. Reporting to senior leadership and working closely with the YRC Group, you will ensure high‑quality IFRS reporting, robust financial insights and strong governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation and reporting in accordance with IFRS.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end financial reporting across subsidiaries and commercial regions.
• Define and maintain group reporting guidelines, standards and tools.
• Act as the primary finance contact for YRC Group, auditors and external advisors.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting and long‑range financial modelling.
• Support the development of strategic‑plan financials, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Deliver performance and profitability analysis to support executive decision‑making.
• Maintain and enhance consolidation and profitability analysis tools.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of finance systems and processes.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team of senior finance professionals.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Several years of experience in a senior finance role with head‑office exposure.
• Proven experience across accounting, consolidation and FP&A within an international organisation.
