Finance Analyst – Real Estate Services

About the role

Join JLL's Work Dynamics team as a Finance Analyst, supporting a key strategic client with financial management, reporting and strategic advisory. You will work closely with senior finance leadership to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting and data governance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Finance Manager to deliver finance requirements, including journal review, P&L reporting, variance analysis and insightful commentary.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders, providing strategic financial guidance across the account.
• Collaborate on annual budget development and periodic forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support reporting automation, process simplification and data integrity initiatives.
• Assist with broader account objectives such as AP/AR/GL processes, financial governance, controls and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in financial analysis, accounting or related business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or related field; CPA, CA or equivalent professional designation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proactive, professional approach to stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Visio.
