Facilities Supervisor – Richmond or Box Hill

About the role

Epworth HealthCare is seeking two Facilities Supervisors to lead day‑to‑day facilities and workplace services at its Richmond and Box Hill campuses. Reporting to the site Facilities Manager, you will ensure a safe, functional and high‑performing environment for staff, patients and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities operations, maintenance and support services in line with contractual and operational requirements.
• Maintain workplace safety and compliance, ensuring all areas meet Epworth’s high standards.
• Manage resources and time effectively to improve department efficiency.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and stakeholders to communicate project requirements and minimise disruptions.
• Lead, supervise and develop a team of facilities staff, providing hands‑on support as needed.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across facilities management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in a facilities environment (essential).
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
