About the role
Meir, an Australian‑owned premium tapware and bathroom brand, is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support its CEO across two Melbourne locations. The role is pivotal in safeguarding the CEO’s time, focus and reputation, blending high‑level executive support with operational administration and travel logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s inbox and calendar, ensuring only high‑value items receive attention.
- Filter requests, prepare briefings, agendas and supporting materials for meetings and events.
- Attend client meetings, capture accurate notes and track follow‑up actions to completion.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare board packs and executive documentation to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain document filing, data entry and information systems for easy retrieval.
- Support operational tasks linked to the CEO’s secondary business entities.
- Facilitate seamless service across Highpoint and Southbank offices, including regular site travel.
Required profile
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive self‑starter who can anticipate needs and act without direction.
- Strong judgment to filter information and prioritize the CEO’s focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and manage multiple priorities.
