About the role
Eil Global is seeking an Executive Assistant to act as a Business Partner to the ANZ SP leadership team. The role focuses on managing the operational rhythm of the segment, allowing senior leaders to concentrate on strategy and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage high‑volume, multi‑time‑zone calendars for ANZ, APIC, and US executives.
- Organise and facilitate All Hands meetings, leadership off‑sites, and customer events.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal executives and external C‑suite customers across major ANZ accounts.
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, ensuring strict compliance with corporate travel and expense policies.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in executive support or similar high‑level administrative roles.
- Advanced coordination skills with expert‑level proficiency in Outlook, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential organizational and financial data.
- Proactive mindset with the capacity to anticipate leadership needs and resolve scheduling conflicts.
