End User Support Technician (Field Desktop)

About the role

Join a dynamic team delivering high‑quality technical support across Brisbane, Canberra and Adelaide airports. You will work onsite, providing hardware, software and networking assistance to ensure seamless end‑user experiences in a fast‑paced aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues, including Windows 11, Office 365, AD, SCCM, Citrix, basic networking and airport‑specific peripherals.
• Provide enhanced incident support after escalation from the Service Desk.
• Deliver deskside and kiosk support, including setup of desktop equipment and maintenance of bag‑drop conveyor systems.
• Create, review and maintain knowledge articles and support documentation.
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation and travel between sites as required.

Required profile

• Proactive, self‑motivated and curious individual eager to expand technical skills.
• Strong customer‑service focus with professional communication.
• Ability to work independently onsite and as part of a broader support team.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (expenses reimbursed).
