Director of Marketing

About the role

La Vie Hospitality Group is seeking a bold, strategic marketing leader to shape the voice and commercial trajectory of its multi‑faceted hospitality portfolio. As Director of Marketing you will own brand strategy, digital innovation, commercial growth and team leadership across La Vie Hotels & Resorts, La Vie Living and Leadwell Asset Management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overarching marketing strategy for all three business pillars.
• Define and steward the La Vie brand architecture, ensuring consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to align marketing priorities with commercial objectives.
• Drive demand generation, direct bookings and revenue performance through data‑led campaigns.
• Lead customer acquisition, retention and loyalty initiatives across the full guest journey.
• Own the digital ecosystem, including brand websites, SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing and OTA positioning.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.

• Strong collaboration skills with senior leadership, revenue management and sales teams.
