Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Arrow Agency you will manage client relationships, campaign performance and the delivery of digital marketing solutions for a portfolio of residential builder clients. You will work closely with the Operations Lead and the wider team to translate strategy into action across Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM workflows, SEO, website optimisation, reporting and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support new client onboarding, understand business goals and marketing priorities.
• Develop and refine client marketing strategies and brief creative, copy and campaign assets.
• Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Configure CRM integrations and workflows to capture and nurture leads.
• Optimise website performance and SEO to improve organic visibility.
• Produce regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met and growth opportunities are identified.
