Dental Assistant / Receptionist

About the role

A well-established, modern dental practice in Park Orchards, Victoria, is recruiting an experienced Dental Assistant who also has reception experience. The practice offers a welcoming atmosphere, modern facilities and a strong focus on teamwork and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures
• Ensure patient care and comfort throughout appointments
• Carry out instrument sterilisation and infection control procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical standards
• Assist with administrative tasks and support smooth daily operations

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred
• Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilisation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-focused, proactive approach

Required skills

• Dental software experience highly regarded
