Data Analyst – Data Migration & Microsoft Fabric

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 3‑6 years of experience to lead data migration, analysis and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers and project teams to ensure data quality, integrity and governance throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and profile data from source and target systems.
• Develop source‑to‑target mapping documentation and transformation rules.
• Use SQL to analyse, validate, reconcile and investigate data.
• Support migration activities, testing, cut‑overs and issue resolution.
• Build Power BI dashboards to track migration progress and data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings.
• Maintain documentation, issue logs and governance artefacts.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in data analysis or data migration projects.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation and reconciliation.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, SQL Server or similar Microsoft data platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
