About the role

This position supports customers from diverse backgrounds, helping them achieve their goals through phone‑based sales and ongoing communication. Based in the north of Adelaide, the role combines administrative tasks with proactive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct phone sales to generate new opportunities for customers.
  • Maintain daily communication with customers and clients, updating all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Understand customer needs and develop mutually agreed timelines to meet those needs.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record keeping.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality environments.
  • Strong familiarity with standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in sales or service roles is highly regarded.
