About the role
Honey Birdette is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Agent to deliver a red‑carpet online experience for its luxury lingerie customers. You will join a vibrant team, guiding shoppers through product selections and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s bold, empowering ethos.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ticket requests via the Zendesk portal, meeting KPI targets.
- Educate and guide customers toward products that match their needs.
- Communicate with customers through chat, phone, email and other online platforms.
- Provide additional support tasks as required, collaborating with broader teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail or online customer service.
- Customer‑experience driven with strong communication skills.
- Positive, bubbly attitude and open‑minded approach.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and achieve KPIs.
- Comfortable handling multiple systems simultaneously.
- Capable of de‑escalating situations and turning negatives into positives.
- Calm under pressure, meeting deadlines reliably.
- Effective both autonomously and as part of a team.
