About the role

Join Carma, a digital pre‑owned car dealership, as a Customer Buying Representative. You’ll guide warm leads through phone, email and live chat, turning interest into satisfied car owners while enjoying a collaborative, tech‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own every customer conversation, converting leads into happy buyers.
• Ask targeted questions to uncover needs, capture key details and build trust quickly.
• Manage your sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow‑ups and consistent progress.
• Identify and overcome objections using provided tools and your closing skills.
• Close deals, hit performance targets and contribute to leaderboard success.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of sales experience, preferably in phone‑based or high‑volume environments.
• Fast learner of new systems and processes.
• Goal‑oriented with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Growth mindset, eager to receive feedback and continuously improve.
• Flexible to work rotating rosters and occasional weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect and listen.
