- Review and negotiate subcontract and purchase order terms, including commercial departures, with commercial and legal colleagues.
- Coordinate subcontract execution, internal approvals and supporting documentation.

- Similar contracts or commercial experience, ideally four or more years in infrastructure project delivery.
- Experience in power, gas, water, rail or similarly complex infrastructure environments.
- Ability to interpret and administer bespoke contracts across head contracts and subcontracts.
- Understanding of Australian Security of Payment requirements and labour-hire and building licensing obligations.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and clear written communication.
- Experience with substations, wind farms, battery projects or renewable grid connections is highly regarded; familiarity with Aconex or TeamBinder is also valued.
What we offer
- Above-market salary with annual reviews and an annual discretionary bonus.
- Flexible working, including the option to work from home.
- Study assistance, internal promotion opportunities, 16 weeks of primary and 6 weeks of secondary paid parental leave, and up to 2 weeks of purchased leave.
- Salary packaging benefits such as novated leases, airport lounge memberships and Qantas Club offers.
