Contracts Administrator - Water Infrastructure Alliance

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking Contract Administrators to join its NSW business. You will support the negotiation, documentation and implementation of contractual matters across the project, working closely with the wider commercial and project delivery teams. The role offers the chance to build contracts experience on a major water infrastructure alliance, with exposure to alliance contracting models and long-term program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
• Track key milestones, deliverables and renewal dates
• Prepare and review progress payment certificates
• Draft contractual correspondence to the client and subcontractors
• Identify and help mitigate commercial and contractual risks
• Maintain accurate contract registers and documentation
• Support commercial reporting and financial position analysis

Required profile

• Degree in construction management, law, commerce or a related field
• Experience as a Contracts Administrator in civil infrastructure
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Security of Payments Act (SOPA)
• Contract administration and drafting
