Consultant / Senior Consultant – Management Consulting

About the role

Grosvenor is looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant who thrives on variety, trust and meaningful work. You will help shape decisions for government and industry clients across public‑sector advisory, program evaluation, procurement and property advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Work across four practice areas: Public Sector Advisory, Program Evaluation, Procurement and Property advisory.
• Apply critical thinking and commercial insight to turn ambiguous problems into clear, decision‑ready recommendations.
• Run consultations and workshops, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to shape outcomes.
• Produce well‑structured reports and presentations that enable confident client decisions.
• Support proposal development and nurture lasting client relationships.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of consulting or professional experience.
• Sharp analytical thinking, strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complexity.
• Cool‑headed prioritisation with a sense of humour.
• Team‑first mindset and a strong desire to keep learning.
• Experience in government, consulting, procurement, program evaluation or property is valued, but adaptable generalists are also welcome.
