About the role

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES), a process engineering consulting and contracting company serving the mining and mineral processing industries, is looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Trade and Labour Recruiter to join its Ascot head office. The company is growing due to major project awards and is recruiting across all areas of its business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for trades and labour roles across Australia
• Deliver a high level of service to internal stakeholders and candidates
• Partner with the mobilisation team for a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of quality candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing through to placement
• Conduct thorough interviews assessing skills, experience and cultural fit
• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment approaches
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required profile

• Proven experience as an internal recruiter, ideally in the construction industry
• Experience recruiting construction trades and labour such as fitters, electricians, BMWs and riggers
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights and current residence in Perth
