Construction Site Manager – Luxury High‑Rise Residential

About the role

An experienced Construction Site Manager is needed to lead the delivery of a luxury high‑rise residential development in Main Beach, Gold Coast. The role requires a hands‑on professional who values quality, safety and on‑time programme delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the site from structural works through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site personnel.
• Ensure works align with programme, budget and quality expectations.
• Maintain a strong on‑site presence and lead by example.
• Implement and enforce WHS systems and site safety practices.
• Control site documentation, including permits, inspections, SWMS and quality records.
• Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, engineers and certifiers.
• Monitor workmanship to achieve luxury finishes and resolve construction issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, NCC and local authority requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high‑rise residential projects.
• Strong background in luxury or high‑end residential construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid understanding of WHS legislation and site safety management.
• Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management (preferred).
• Valid QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain) and White Card.
