Construction Auditor

About the role

Colliers is seeking a Construction Auditor to join its Engineering and Design team on the Sunshine Coast, with openness to Brisbane‑based candidates. The role supports a large‑scale road project, ensuring construction delivery aligns with design drawings, authority standards, and health and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site OH&S inspections to identify risks against the contractor’s management plan.
• Identify and manage construction RFIs, coordinating changes with the design team.
• Perform regular site, asset, and testing inspections, documenting findings.
• Use iAuditor to monitor, report, and track construction progress.
• Collaborate with contractors to resolve issues and maintain compliance with drawings and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil or road construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects through all construction delivery stages.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s licence.
