Classroom Teachers – Relocate to the Northern Territory

About the role

We are looking for passionate secondary school teachers to work in public schools across the Northern Territory, including urban and remote locations. This role offers the chance to grow professionally, experience new cultures and make a real difference.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
• Create inclusive classrooms that support student wellbeing and learning.
• Manage behaviour effectively and build positive relationships with students.
• Assess, track and report on student progress.
• Engage with families and communities as part of your teaching practice.

Required profile

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Teacher Registration Board NT.
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card).
• If teacher education completed after July 2016, provide proof of LANTITE test completion.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Australian Curriculum.
• Classroom management techniques.
• Ability to assess and report on student progress.
