Civil Engineer – Buildings Projects

About the role

Aurecon’s Buildings team in Western Australia is seeking a Civil Engineer to contribute to a variety of challenging building projects. You will work alongside multidisciplinary experts to turn client ideas into practical, innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare engineering designs, specifications, calculations and technical reports for new and modified building structures.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Promote and apply digital engineering tools and processes.
• Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Lead the implementation of new design solutions, technologies and applications of existing systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience designing and documenting new building structures and modifying existing structures to Australian Codes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, inclusive environment.

Required skills

• Engineering design and documentation.
• Understanding of Australian building codes.
