Casual Food & Beverage Attendant – Red Hill Vineyard

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our award‑winning boutique hotel in Red Hill on a casual basis. You will be the friendly face of our restaurant and events team, delivering memorable dining experiences in a stunning vineyard setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, providing genuine hospitality.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Assist with event set‑up and service as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions in line with RSA requirements.
• Support the F&B or Restaurant Manager and learn on the job.

Required profile

• Enjoy chatting with people and making them feel at home.
• Curious about food, wine and local produce.
• Well‑presented, reliable and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a current RSA licence.
• Own transport and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
