About the role
Jetstar is launching a new base in Perth and is looking for enthusiastic cabin crew members to join its growing team. This permanent, full-time position involves flying to destinations across Australia on a 7‑day rotating roster, delivering safety briefings, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience for passengers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct safety briefings and manage onboard safety procedures.
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring passengers are hydrated and comfortable.
- Handle passenger enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to maintain smooth flight operations.
Required profile
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- At least one year of customer-service experience.
- Valid passport with at least 12 months remaining.
- Unlimited working rights in Australia (no sponsorship).
- Physically fit, able to swim and tread water, and meet safety reach requirements (212 cm reach, max height 186 cm).
- Willingness to work shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Current or willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current or willingness to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
