Business Development Manager

About the role

Team Global Express is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to expand its Freight division across Australia. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic customer partnerships, and deliver tailored logistics solutions within a fast‑paced operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business growth for TGE’s freight services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major customers and strategic partners.
• Design customised freight and logistics solutions, covering palletised, intermodal and specialised services.
• Lead tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across the national network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
• Proactive, customer‑focused and results‑driven mindset.
