About the role

We are seeking a Business and Management Specialist to join our AI training project on a freelance basis. You will help shape the next generation of large‑language models by providing high‑quality business scenario data and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with AI models using realistic business cases, operational workflows, and strategic planning questions.
• Evaluate the logical consistency and real‑world applicability of model responses.
• Document failure modes, capture reproducible error traces, and provide structured feedback.
• Identify where models oversimplify or misinterpret business processes.
• Help improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and overall reasoning quality.

Required profile

• Background in business administration, management, economics, entrepreneurship, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in business operations, startups, corporate environments, consulting, or project coordination.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear, metacognitive communication (showing your work).
