About the role
The Associate will uphold Koda Capital’s commitment to integrity and quality in every client interaction. Acting as an ambassador of our culture, you will deliver exceptional service to high‑net‑worth individuals, families, charities and foundations through both face‑to‑face and phone‑based engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Support advisers by handling client queries, needs and follow‑ups.
- Liaise with third‑party service providers such as accountants and lawyers.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and accountability.
- Assist in delivering tailored wealth‑management solutions.
Required profile
- Relevant academic qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar client‑service or advisory role.
- Paraplanning and retail advice experience is highly regarded.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administration, organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
