Assistant Manager - Emerging Corporate

About the role

ANZ is looking for an Assistant Manager to support business growth in its Emerging Corporate team, strengthen customer relationships and deliver banking solutions. The role works closely with Relationship Managers and product specialists, driving customer success while maintaining strong risk and compliance outcomes. It is a full-time, permanent position based at 242 Pitt Street, Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Support and grow a portfolio of Emerging Corporate customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive customer profitability.
• Partner with specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Conduct financial analysis and support credit assessments.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Maintain sound risk, compliance and portfolio management practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in banking or financial services.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.

• Strong financial analysis skills.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
