Assistant in Nursing (AIN) – Casual Aged Care Positions

About the role

We are looking for experienced and compassionate Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to join our residential aged‑care teams at Windsor Aged Care Services and Rosalie Nursing Care Centre. The casual positions cover AM, afternoon and night shifts, offering a supportive environment where you work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to deliver person‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, hygiene, meals and comfort.
• Promote independence, dignity and meaningful engagement.
• Follow care plans and clinical directions from nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, respectful and consumer‑focused care environment.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Valid Australian working rights.
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential aged care.
• Understanding of dementia care and person‑centred care principles.
• Ability to work AM, afternoon and night shifts, including weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current National Police Check.
