Apprentice Drainers Offsider – Civil Construction Apprenticeship

About the role

Join Georgiou’s infrastructure team as an Apprentice Drainers Offsider and start a three‑year, nationally recognised apprenticeship in civil construction. You will earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience on major infrastructure projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist experienced drainer crews on site, using tools, equipment and machinery safely.
• Read and follow construction plans to support drainage works.
• Conduct daily safety checks and maintain a safe work environment.
• Move goods, materials and equipment to keep work areas clear.
• Perform general labour tasks as part of small crews.

Required profile

• Current driver’s licence with ability to travel to worksites in Perth.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to work in a team.
• Highly motivated, reliable and able to follow directions.
