About the role
We are seeking an engaging and driven Appointment Setter to join our Marketing team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will make strategic outbound calls to qualified prospects, book quality appointments for our sales teams across Australia, and help generate new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold‑calls to targeted B2B prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify high‑potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records and update activities in the Pipedrive CRM.
- Report on call activity, appointments set, and outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven cold‑calling experience in a B2B environment.
- Confident phone manner with a strong drive to meet KPIs.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to quickly grasp and clearly explain complex information; financial knowledge is a plus.
Required skills
- Pipedrive (or similar CRM) experience.
